LATISSE

Chemical Peels

Dysport

Botox® is getting some competition! Medicis, the company that produces Restylane has recently received FDA approval for a product called Dysport. This product is for temporary improvement of lines between the brows, on the forehead, and at the corners of the eyes. The product is said to last 4 months. While Dysport is new to us, it has been marketed outside the U.S. since 1991. We have not received the in-service on this product yet but we will be trying it out by the end of summer. We’ll keep you posted!

Hydrating Complex Serum

Skin Medica has recently introduced Hydrating Complex, a new product for those with normal to dry skin. This is a hyaluronic acid-rich serum that replenishes skin’s moisture and provides instant and long term hydration. Use of this product with your normal moisturizer stimulates the skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid, increasing and maintaining the skin’s firmness and elasticity.
